THE SYNERGY AGENDA: A REPOSITIONING OF PENTECOST HOSPITAL, MADINA’S WORK-LIFE HARMONY FOR MAXIMUM IMPACT.

May Day, also known as International Workers’ Day, is a celebration that takes place on May 1st every year. It is a day that commemorates the struggles and achievements of the working class and the labor movement; a day set aside to celebrate workers for their contributions to the growth of economies.

Given this day, the management of the Pentecost Hospital, Madina (PHM)  celebrated their staff in grandeur at a May Day Celebration event dubbed: “The Synergy Agenda:  A Repositioning of PHM Work-life Harmony for Maximum Impact”.

The event was held at the Pentecost Preparatory School, Madina which is next door to the hospital.

Apst. Dr.  Edward Arko Koranteng, the Director of the Hospital, lauded the staff of the Hospital for their great and selfless service to the well-being of the Hospital.

He also added that the event was also marked to appreciate two former staff members – Madam Constance Arhin and Madam Mariam Obuobi Ameyaw – who had served at the hospital for 25 years and 35 years respectively and had recently retired from active service.

The event was characterized by fun games such as Football, Tennis, Ludo, Oware, Tug of War, and other cerebral games.

According to the management of the hospital, this year’s May Day celebration was its second time showing their gratitude to their dedicated and hardworking staff for their impact on the hospital’s amazing stretch over the years.
